I printed the card onto Crafty Bob's photo paper. I cut out the base card and the decoupage and attached it to the base card using foam pads.
I also made a background for the decoupage using the color paper of the wobble base to have a color back for the decoupage.
This card is very easy, quick and so cute to make.
