Ted the cute Christmas penguin Wobble Card. Just cut out the main oval card base, score across the central guide line, fold and add Ted and any extra decoupage you wish, he even has a fishing rod with wrapped fish gift!

Printed onto good quality card cut and scored and folded the oval picture to form the wobble base then added the penguin with decoupage layers and the merry christmas sentiment.
