I printed the card onto good quality cardstock. I printed the back with a coordinated backing paper. I cut out all the decoupages. I folded where it is noted and added the decoupages with foam pads.

I had to color the lines of the scalloped circle, because the design was really horrible. It would be a fantastic card is the designer made the sheet with more attention to her design.
