Red Apple Wobble Card for TeacherCompleted by Debbie Knechtel

I opted to make a full card instead of a wobble card. I cut out the circle and matted it on a red and black mat. I cut out the other elelments and layered them with foam tape. I inked the edges with black.

I used black peel offs around the red mat. I added a black checkered ribbon down the side
