50th Birthday Cake and Balloons Rocker CardCompleted by CARDS BY HILDA

A lovely colourful birthday card which I printed on white card. I cut out the main shape of the card, then cut out all the elements and decoupaged them using silicone glue.

I have added a few gold peel off flowers along the top and used colured glitter on the hat trim and some oof the balloons.
