I printed out the sheet on to A5 cardstock and cut out the base card. I cut out the decoupage and attached it with foam pads.

Again using foam pads I attached the stars just in front and just to the rear of the "hero" so that they were slightly over the edge of the finished card.

The card is so simple to make, taking about 20 minutes in total, and it looks effective too.
