I'm always trying to find a way to give good value for money, so I had a little play around and came up with this 2 in 1 design.
You can make a wobble card, or a large topper to place on a card front, whichever you prefer ~ or both.

printed this sheet out three times so I could add extra decoupage. I cut the base out and mounted it onto card, then scored and folded in half. I mounted the base image onto card and then used mixed foam pads to add the decoupage.
