Christmas Mum and Dad

Presents, candles the lights on the tree,
Tell us it's Christmas for all the family,
For when it's the season that's merry and bright,
The place where we'll be is the place that is right,
It's tradition, it's warmth, it's the love in our hearts,
It's the home of our parents - for that's where love starts.

a flickering candle
a flurry of snow
the peel of church bells
aromas of pine,
the taste of warm spices
sparkling lights

our family all together
