Look, see the postman, Christmas wishes in his sack,
Love in every envelope slung upon his back,
Look, see the gifts, wrapped beneath the tree,
Love in every box, some for you and some for me,
Look see the lights hung around the Christmas tree,
Adorned with special ornaments bringing back loving memories,
Look see the stable where the Christ child babe was born,
May we stop just for a moment and remember that very first morn,
Look through the windows in the cold and wintry night as families
gather together - what a wonderful Christmas sight.

The holly, mistletoe all things shining bright,
The tree, decorations, lights twinkling all night,
The carols, the singing of special Christmas songs,
When joining in together we feel we belong.
The nativity, the Christmas plays, proud parents there'll be,
As they watch teary eyed as their children they see,
The presents will be wrapped, all chose with care,
All given with love and much joy will be shared.
Festive food will always tempt and delight,
While children search skies for a sleigh in the night,
May this season of Christmas bring much peace to you,
Wherever you spend it and whatever you do.

The candle glow and sparkling lights add warmth and wonder to the wintry nights,
Families gather for festive celebrations,
Children wait with great anticipation,
Parcels are wrapped and stockings are hung,
Nativities are watched and carols are sung,
Everywhere is decorated with much love and care,
There's lots of expectation hanging in the air,
Then the day arrives and children know Santa's been,
There's gifts and lots of pretty things just waiting to be seen,
The kitchen is very busy for the big meal of the day,
Turkey, stuffing, veg and pud will so be on the way,
Crackers all are pulled and silly jokes are read,
Paper crowns are soon adorning all the nodding heads,
It won't be very long before everyone starts to snooze,
For some have been up early, for others it's the booze,
But we'll all agree on one thing at the ending of the day,
Sharing Christmas with our love ones - we'd have it no other way!

Christmas brings us many joys,
For children it is gifts and toys,
It's lights and all the pretty things,
That make eyes open wide with the wonder they bring,
Christmas carols the old and the the new,
Whether singing in a choir or it's just me and you,
Hark the Herald Angels Sing,
Or the story of the Wise Men and the gifts they bring,
Then finally Christmas is a sign for home,
Where we gather together from wherever we roam,
To share the traditions and family love in our hearts,
Forever always wishing that we never have to part,
May you feel truly blessed this Christmas day,
Let Hope and Peace forever with you stay.

Let the tree be twinkling bright,
Put the presents underneath,
Ready for the special night,
Light Up - it's Christmas,
Hang the stockings round the hearth,
Glad tidings and goodwill to all,
Spread peace throughout the Earth.

Light Up - it's Christmas!
Illuminate everywhere,
Children look in wonder,
Their excitement fills the air,
Light Up - it's Christmas,
May it all be merry and bright,
While children watch the starlit skies,
Waiting for the sleigh to take flight.

The scene that speaks so humbly,
Of the Christ child in a stable born,
Mary and Joseph gaze in wonder,
At the manger on Christmas morn,
The animals gather together,
They witness a miraculous sight,
As the Shepherds see the Angel,
Shining brightly in the still of the night,
Wise Men follow the bright star,
Gold, Frankincense, Myrrh they bring,
And there's glory in the Heavenly realms,
As the Earth welcomes The Newborn King.

Twinkling lights and baubles,
Trees decorated with care,
Presents wrapped with ribbons,
It's the time when we give and share,
Children are excited,
As Christmas Eve draws nigh,
Their eyes peep out of windows,
To catch a glimpse of the sleigh in the sky,
So may this festive season,
Bring peace and love to you,
Let it last not only for Christmas,
But right into the New year too.

Christmas is the time,
When magic fills the air,
When families come together,
With so much love to share,
Christmas is the time,
Our hearts are filled with joy,
When children wait expectantly,
For their favourite toy,
Christmas is the time,
To send festive thoughts to you,
And may the year which lies ahead,
Seall all your dreams come true.

Snowflakes gently floating down,
Layer up layer they touch the ground,
Silently appears the cloak of white,
Making the landscape a magical sight,
The sledges appear,
The snowmen too,
A Christmas dream just for you!

When stockings are hung,
And the tree stands so tall,
When pretty lights shine,
And snow starts to fall,
When candle are lit,
And choirs start to sing,
When we hear of the wise men,
And the gifts that they bring,
When hearts fill with love,
And homes with good cheer,
We send festive wishes,
For Christmas,
And the New Year.

There is a festive feeling lingering in the air,
It's a time when we give and a time when we share,
When hearts are merry and excitement builds,
As children wait for presents that will thrill,
If weather is wintry, snowmen you will see,
All happy and smiling in the garden they will be,
Homes are decorated and bring much delight,
As lights start to twinkle and shine through the night,
So as families gather and loved ones too,
We send warm Christmas wishes in this card,
Just for you !

We listen to the carols,
The traditional songs we sing,
They bring us joy and happiness,
With the memories that they bring,
For Christmas always reminds us,
Of family and friends who we love,
Whilst always still remembering,
The Christ Child who came down from above,
May you share in the many blessings,
Which this season does impart,
Leaving peace and true contentment,
Locked within your heart.

Softly and gently,
The snow begins to fall,
The eager faces of children,
Are just waiting for Santa to call,
It's when we share our joy with loved ones,
With friends both far and near,
It's when we look for treasured gifts,
For those we hold so dear,
The trees, the decorations,
Fill our homes with much delight,
They bring warmth and joy and comfort,
Through a cold, dark winter's night,
So as Christmas now draws nearer,
We send greetings to all of you,
May you enjoy many festive blessings,
Right now and through the New Year too.

Fragrant logs are blazing in the hearth
The smell of turkey roasting for dinner
Plum pudding and brandy butter being prepared
I think we are on to a winner

The searing heat, is forgotten as family
