Christmas Snowman

He's a jolly old fella the snowman,
So proud he is standing there,
You'll find him in many gardens,
Carefully make with love and with care,
He's a symbol of fun and of Christmas,
On this card he can be found,
Christmas wouldn't be Christmas,
Without one or two snowmen around.

Snowmen seen at Christmas time,
Always make us smile,
With their carrot nose and button eyes,
They sure do show some style,
For what fun do we have,
As we build snowmen tall and proud,
It's what memories are made of,
As our families gather round,
May the festive season always bring,
Many special joys to you,
And may the fun you have on Christmas day,
Last the whole year through.

Santa on his trip flying over tree tops
Sleigh being pulled over chimney pots,
Snowy the Snowman down below
Able to see Rudolph's shiny nose glow,
Santa glides the sleigh to the ground
Clambers over a large snow mound,
He pays a visit and chats with Snowy
Gale winds are so strong and blowy,
Snowy's scarf is tattered and torn
Santa can tell it's very, very worn,
Out of a gift box, Santa lifts
A brand new scarf as Snowy's gift,
Snowy smiles, then a big grin
As Santa puts the scarf around him


HAVE A WONDERFUL WARM CHRISTMAS

Mr. Snowman standing tall,
For all the street to see,
He's in my garden big and round,
We made him, Daddy and me,
We made a snowball big and round,
We rolled it here and there,
All the neighbours in the street just stopped, and stood and stared,
He's got button eyes and a carrot nose,
And Daddy's old scarf round his neck,
I love my jolly old snowman,
Hope he's there for a long time yet!

Snowman was getting very bored
Out in the snow alone
Birds flying by to migrate abroad
A dog running around with a bone

A little boy running with his friend
In a race to see who could win
An old woman posting a letter to send
A Father puts trash in a bin

Snowman began to be aware
Of someone beginning to sing
He thought he was being quite unfair
Bored? There's no such thing!

Having snowball fun with my Dad!
He really thinks he's Jack the Lad!
I think he cheats, he lets me win
'Hurry up', he says, 'let's begin'

Building a snowman will be fun
It's turned dark as we've begun,
The large part of the body is done
'Start again in the morning', says Mum

Secretly Snowman is done by Mum & Dad
Just before the snowstorm turned bad,
In the morning I went out to play
'How did that happen' I said 'No way!'

Snowman standing proud and tall
We didn't finish it, no not at all
'Hey Dad! come take a look,
He wondered out with a book

As he looked at me, 'What's up Son?'
'The Snowman's finished, how come?',
'Well Son let me tell you', as out came the Sun
I think we must have a pop-up one.

Merry Christmas

The snowman slowly starts to melt
His hat slips from his head
As he sinks into a pool of water
This is what he said
"I was a giant of a snowman
Standing proud and tall
With a hat and coat I looked so smart
And now I don't feel so cool"

I built myself a snowman
as big as he could be
I clothed him in a hat and scarf
for everyone to see
But that night while I slept
the snow it turned to rain
And when I woke it was to find
my snowman down the drain!

Oh No, the sun has come out
I just won't last the day
If it's heat starts to soften me
I will simply melt away

Two large snowballs joined together
Carrot for his nose
Pieces of coal for his eyes and mouth
Twigs for his limbs
Tatty black hat upon his head
Scarf around his neck
Not forgetting black coal down his front
Always there is a single snowman
Why not two to make a pair?

MERRY XMAS!

Children made from morning to night
A Christmas Snowman white and bright
Twigs for arms, scarf and hat
Some attention from their dog and cat

Let us build a snowman
As big and as tall as can be
We will give him a jacket and a Christmas hat
Then some eyes so he can see

The Snowman wears a battered hat
A coat all tattered and torn
A bright red scarf around his neck
Now that should keep him warm

Snowman's cold, Snowman's jolly
On his hat put a piece of holly
Snowman's happy, Snowman's fun
'Til it's time to go in the heat of sun

Don't forget he's back next snowfall!
