As bells ring
And birds sing,
Candles burning
Everyone hurrying,
Children skip and play
On such a wondrous day,
Mothers call
As the snow begins to fall.

On a cold and wintry morn,
And many gifts adorn.
On a tree that stands so high
A table laden with food
And everything looks so good.
As children cry
To see such a wondrous sight.

On a cold and frosty morn,
All seems forlorn.
Snowflakes begin to fall
As children wake and call.
Hurrying downstairs
Their faces aglow with delight
To see such a wondrous sight.
With smiles and a giggle
Their little fingers wriggle
To open presents galore.

It's Christmas time,
So drink mulled wine,
Put up the Christmas tree,
Now is the season,
For loving and giving,
And singing carols merrily!
