A Neon-Coloured Braided Bracelet with Cabochon

This bracelet is braided using neon-coloured macram cords on each side of a cabochon glued onto a spacer bead. A two-part magnetic clasp is glued onto each end for fastening.

Glue the cabochon onto the the cabochon spacer bead using Clear Multi Glue Gel and let it dry.

Cut a piece of macram cord measuring approx. 45cm. Double over and feed the loop through the spacer bead's eyelet. Then feed the two ends of the cord through the loop and pull.

Secure the cabochon spacer bead on the macram board. Cut a piece of macram cord measuring approx. 95cm. Double it over and arrange it so that the middle is underneath the two cords attached to the spacer bead's eyelet. Braid a section measuring approx. 7cm. Now remove the cabochon spacer bead from the board and attach a piece of macram cord through the other eyelet following the procedure described in step 2. Braid a 7cm section on this side.

Twist the ends tightly, glue them and let them dry before trimming.

Glue each end into each part of the two-part magnetic clasp using Clear Multi Glue Gel.
