Cut a piece of shrink plastic sheet at full length and 13cm wide. Now make holes along the edges with a hole punch.

Make holes along the narrow ends neatly and evenly spaced.

Cut random holes on the actual piece of shrink plastic sheet using a pointed pair of scissors.

Draw designs with markers.

Place the shrink plastic sheet in a preheated oven at 130 C. Let it shrink. Do not take it out of the oven until it has flattened again on the baking tray.

Wrap the shrink plastic sheet around the candle whilst the plastic sheet is still soft and warm.

Thread a piece of yarn through the holes on the back of the glass. Start with a knot.

Also finish with a knot and cut off the excess yarn.
