A Napkin Greeting Card
This greeting card is decorated with napkins and bubble stickers with a 3D effect. It is also decorated with self-adhesive rhinestone half-pearls.

Tear a piece of Color Bar paper and attach it to the greeting card using double-sided adhesive tape.

Place clear, self-adhesive bubble stickers onto a napkin to create a 3D effect and trim.

Tie a piece of organza ribbon through the hole of each of the bubble stickers.

Attach the bubble stickers onto the greeting card using double-sided adhesive tape.

Attach self-adhesive rhinestone half-pearls along the bottom edge of the greeting card.

Add two slightly bigger self-adhesive rhinestone half-pearls in the two top corners.
