This papier-m ch heart is covered with decoupage paper and decorated with paper yarn and bells.

Paint the papier-m ch heart with Plus Color craft paint.

Tear decoupage paper into small pieces and attach them to the heart using decoupage lacquer.

Attach a bead onto the string for hanging and tie a bow around the string with a piece of paper string.

Attach bells onto the piece of paper string and tie a knot.
