Lovely Diaries
A spiral bound papier-m ch note book has been painted with Plus Color Craft paint and decorated with decoupage paper. This has been glued on using decoupage lacquer (matt).

Paint the book with Plus Color Craft paint and let it dry.

Tear or cut the decoupage paper and glue it onto the book with decoupage lacquer (matt) underneath as well as on top of the paper.
