Cut out using the template.

Draw a line on the paper with a firm (not too sharp) stylus to make a crease and bend it along the line.

Close the cone with double-sided adhesive tape.

Cut a strip of paper for the handle and attach it to the cone with double-sided adhesive tape.

Thread beads onto a piece of string and pull it up through the cone.

Cut out a picture.

Attach double-sided adhesive tape onto the back of the picture.

Attach the picture onto another piece of paper and cut it neatly round the edge.

Attach the picture to the cone.

Decorate with rhinestones.
