Blue and red Table Decorations

A table decorated with a blue tablecloth, a runner, pillar candles and napkins from the Happy Moments party series. There are also paper rosettes and scattered, matching deco stones. A wooden flower place card is tied around a glass stem.

1

Use a bone folder for scoring lines, 1.5cm apart, across the width of an entire piece of A4. Fold along the scored lines. Make two pieces of A4 following the described procedure and pleat (zig-zag) each of them before gluing them together for double thickness.

2

Tie a piece of thread around the middle. Glue the outer sides together to form a rosette. Decorate the assembled rosette with a glued-on glass deco stone in the middle.

3

A bowl made from paper, divided into quarters (flip-flap): Fold a piece of square paper in both dimensions. Unfold and fold each corner to the centre of the scored cross.

4

Turn over to the opposite side and fold all four corners towards the centre. Fold in half and gently squeeze from each side, creating four "wings". Let the wings point slightly upwards.

5

Turn over to the other side. Fold each outer flap towards its outer corner. Use the four compartments created at each wing, for example for snacks.
