In 2mm macram cord cut 2 pieces each measuring 70cm and 1 piece measuring 220cm. Cut 1 piece measuring 70cm from 1mm macram cord. Put the 3 pieces measuring 70cm together and double them over in the middle. Tie a piece of string onto the loop if you wish. Strap the loop onto a macram board. Double over the long cord, put it under the other cords and cross the two ends. Always let the same cord lie on top. Now put the macram cords under the others again.
Now continue in the same way.
Push the braiding all the time so it is tight.
Form a small square in Pardo jewellery clay and push it into the jewellery pendant frame.
Form the edges against the table. Cure the clay in an oven at 130 degrees for 30 minutes.
Attach the jewellery pendant frame onto the 2 thin cords approx. half-way. Carry on braiding underneath the frame.
Put the frame on top and continue braiding with the thin cords again.
Continue until the braiding on either side of the frame is of equal length.
Fasten the braiding cords and the thin ends with a needle on the back.
Cut off the ends leaving 1cm. Melt the ends and ... see the next step.
Push down the melted ends immediately eg: with a pair of scissors.
Put metal discs onto the 4 cords, tie a knot and cut off the ends and melt lightly.
Decorate the jewellery pendant frames as shown above. This shows ordinary braiding with just 2 cords.
