Decoupage and Glitter on Candle Holders
Each of the candle holders shown here are covered with Vivi Gade decoupage paper from the Skagen design series. Decoupage lacquer is used for attaching the decoupage paper and the glitter on the rim.

Tear small pieces of decoupage paper.

Apply a coat of decoupage lacquer to the candle holder.

Cover the entire outside of the candle holder with the small pieces of decoupage paper.

Apply decoupage lacquer along the rim of the candle holder and dip it in glitter, which is sprinkled onto a plate or similar. Let it dry.
