Attach double-sided adhesive tape either to oil lamps or to candle holders. Decorate the surface with a variety of ribbons.

Make tassels by winding mercerised cotton yarn round your hand and finish by wrapping the yarn around one end of the tassel. Tie the yarn, and cut through the threads at the other end.
