A paper lamp with tissue paper glued on with VTR adhesive. Use Paper Yarn for hanging and decorate with crepe paper streamers at the bottom.

Cut facial expressions from tissue paper and attach these onto the paper lamp using VTR adhesive. Enjoy your Halloween party.
