Glow-in-the-Dark Ghosts
Gauze bandage is draped over a polystyrene ball on a flower stick. The ghost is then painted with Glow-in-the-Dark paint which glows when the light is switched off. Draw the eyes with black Window Color outliner or black 3D-Liner.
