Dip Aqua Pigment onto Imitation Rice Paper with a pipette. Tin foil as an underlay prevents paper sticking + ensures colour flowing freely. Glue the paper onto a glass plate, draw a design on the front with a permanent marker. Glue onto a wooden stand.
Scrunch up the piece of tin foil as shown.
Put Imitation Rice Paper on top of the tin foil which ensures that the paper does not stick to the underlay. Alternate drops of Aqua Pigment and water with a pipette onto the paper. Let it dry.
Cut the paper to fit the size of the glass plate and glue with Decoupage Lacquer for Glass.
Draw the design on the front of the glass with a black Glass & Porcelain Marker. Insert the piece of glass art in the wooden holder (which you may paint with Plus Color beforehand).
