Paint the surfaces where you want to attach the ribbon. Use a generous layer of Non-Permanent Adhesive.

Attach the ribbons, one at a time.

Finish by making a piece of string with tassels and beads. Attach it around the neck of the oil lamp.

You may place the oil lamps on a beautiful tray with baubles and other decorative items.
