The table decorations shown here are intended for a feminine Confirmation party or similar. The tablecloth, table runner, napkins, candles and Manilla tags, used as place cards, are from the series: Happy Moments. Furthermore, there is a folded box with a photo portrait and liquorice allsorts, made from Silk Clay.
Fold-yourself box: Follow the folding instructions on the packaging of the fold-yourself box. Print a photo of the subject and glue it onto the box lid. You may put a small treat inside the box. Tie a piece of pink cord around the box or the box lid as shown in the picture.
Artificial liquorice allsorts: Use a rolling pin for rolling out three pieces of Silk Clay so they are flat. Use white, pink, and black Silk Clay. NB: roll the black Silk Clay so that it is the thinnest of the three.
Arrange the three flat pieces of Silk Clay in layers with the black in the middle. Roll lightly with the rolling pin.
Cut the liquorice allsorts into squares; first in long rows and then into squares. You may push each individual square into shape. NB: three colours, each 40g make approx. 20 squares of artificial liquorice allsorts.
Liquorice allsorts (continued): roll small uniform Foam Clay balls and push them flat.
Artificial mimosa flowers made from small Foam Clay balls which are pressed onto bare branches or branches with green leaves as an alternative to natural flowering branches.
