Opened file in Silhouette Business edition software. Added a pattern to the plain frames and the 80s frame and processed them as a print and cut. Added text to 4 panels and then cut panel frames to really make them stand out.

Decorated both sides of card and my Father-in-Law was very impressed and all of the folks at his party provided lots of "Ooooh"s and "Ahhh"s.

The file is such that you can add on extra panels. Amazing design that has tons of possibilities for designing.
