What a cute little guy! This is an easy and fun card to make that would be great for the little ones in your life!

I used white card stock for the main part of the card and then added colored layers underneath.

An inside panel covers the messy part of the layers for a finished look inside. I also added a little sparkly pom pom for the top of the hat and a happy birthday sentiment.
