Base card cut on my Silhouette Cameo using white 220 gsm card. The bear and balloon toppers plus the baby boy words cut from 180 gsm card and attached to card base using wet glue.
Blue spot paper added behind aperture to finish off.
Will be making this again with a pink bear using the included baby girl words.
