I cut the blank card base from plain white card and the rose design overlay from 180 gsm black card.

I cut the backing for the rose heads from 160 gsm deep pink shimmer card and then glued them to the back of the overlay.

I cut the backing panel from pastel rainbow card and glued to the back of the overlay then stuck on to the base card.
