Art Deco Step CardCompleted by Shirley Young

I cut the step card base from pink 220 gsm card and used white 180 gsm card for the decorative back panel, side borders and sentiment.

I added an art deco effect backing paper behind the back panel before sticking it the the base card.

I cut the silhouette figure from black 180 gsm card, the dress from pink 180 gsm card and used strips of thin peel off borders to decorate the dress and as a headband.
