Happy Birthday Floral Split Card
Photographs from the Community
I cut the main card from white linen 220gsm cardstock using my Cricut Air. I then used double sided tape to add an insert using a pink/purple cosmic effect paper.
I then cut the flower from a cerise textured card and a mauve glitter effect card, which I also used to cut the flourish from.
I used sticky foam pads to layer up the flower and to attatch to the card front. The card cut really well and is a design that can be finished in so many different ways.
I cut the base card from 220 gsm white cardstock and the toppers from 180 gsm coloured card. I stuck the filgree topper to the card using pva glue then glued the large flower shape on top, lining it up with the corresponding shape on the cut out base card.
I glued the two pieces of the smaller flower together and then arranged it on to the larger flower using a foam pad.
To finish off I used a backing paper to make an insert which can be seen through the cut out.
