I cut the base card from white cardstock and then decided to add a front panel cut from patterned card.

I cut the candle toppers from various pieces of patterend card and coloured the flames using a yellow marker pen.

The remaing toppers are cut from various colours of plain card. I used pva glue to stick everything to the base card and to finish off I added small self adhesive gems to the flowers on the cake.
