I matted and layered white pearlescent card and backing paper (kit80772_351) onto an 8 inch square card. I then cut out the hanging border, backing plate, lattice work, label (cup364969_198) and frame (cup321457_1492) using white pearlescent paper.

I glued the lattice work to the bottom half of the card then added the hanging border and backing plate.

I layered and glued the frame and label in place and finished with a small flower arrangement and some pearls along the border.

These borders are beautiful and are perfect for some many different occasions.
