I cut the boxes from high quality card stock. I used the digital paper included to make the square fronts and butterflies that I glued on. I used my own font and printed it on the squares, which made this a print and cut adventure.

I put clear jewels on each butterfly. This is very easy to make and would make a wonderful Birthday center piece.
