I printed out a picture on 160gm card from one of my cd's also I added words to the topper sheet also in 160gm card and printed then cut these out.
I cut the base card from pearlescent 300gm card.
I added flat back gems to the topper then assembled with the picture glued flat to the base card and using 3d glue gel I added the topper.
