I cut the base card and inner boat shaped support struts from white 220 gsm card. For the offset panels I used deep blue and striped patterned card and layered them together.

The wave toppers and sentiment are cut from the same deep blue card as the panels and the remaining toppers were cut from various colours of 180 gsm card.

I ran blue chalk round the edges of the clouds and assembled everything using wet pva glue.
