Another lovely design Rae!
Cut the design out in Ivory and black, layering the two colours together. I've done some paper piercing around the hearts.
I've cut a large square black card base and rounded off the corners, then paper pierced around the edges. I've added a ivory mat to the card base and attached a black ribbon before sticking the mat down completely.
Attached the hearts with foam pads and finished the decoration with a black bow and gold rose embellishment.
