This is a 3D U fold card with a pop up vase in the centre which folds flat for posting.

The file includes the base card, separate optional offset panels, pop up insert, sentiment and toppers for the vase, flowers and butterflies.

When folded flat the card measures 5" x 7". Would make a nice get well card by changing the sentiment.
