I cut the base card from light blue cardstock then added the offset panel which I cut from patterned card.

For the flower frame and toppers I used light and dark blue card which I layered together then centred on to the base card.

I used the same dark blue card to cut the Happy Birthday sentiment using wet glue to stick it in the centre of the frame.
