The base is cut from a confetti card stock and layered with greens for the leaves and bright white for the flowers. The top layer is a designer image that was printed on white card stock.
The second card was done from the Bonus Single Layer that is included. I cut it with the designer image printed in white card stock and added velum cut with the 4th layer in the file.
