My greatest struggle was keeping the gears straight to the popup mechanism. I gave you an assembly template the same size as the pieces so you can match to pattern. I made this card from AC card stock. To get the color on both sides I cut two of each gear. This made a very thick card. My suggestion would be to use vinyl, a lower weight card stock or scrapbook paper.

The card was very festive with the colors picked.
