The file includes the blank outer card with the Happy Birthday Overlay plus cats, the pop out inside card with the three offset panels, toppers for the mouse, all the cats and the scratching post.
Assembly instructions are also included.

Opened design in Silhouette Designer edition software and cut out all sections. Folded where indicated and added elements with wet glue. Looks so complicated but was so easy to create this super fun card!
I used lilac 250 gsm cardstock for the outer card and 220 gsm white card for the pop out inner card.
The inner offset panels and the front overlay were cut from blue and white 180 gsm card and for the toppers for the cats, mouse and scatching post I used black and dark cream 160 gsm card.
Wet glue was used to assemble the card
