I cut the blank base card from lilac 220 gsm card and used the included music paper for the offset front panel.

I used black and white 220 gsm card for the piano base and keys.

For the sentiment, flower and leaf spray I used black, white, lilac and green 160 gsm shimmer card. I put sticky foam pads between the flower layers to add dimension. The piano keys are joined together at the top when cut so don't have to be stuck in place individually.
