Using your electronic die cutter you can make beautiful, layered, fancy fold cards with no measuring. This is a square card with a pop out inside. The card has 3 layers in addition to the base card. The cutting file includes large, medium, and small size cards.
The fronts of the cards are 5.25 inches square, 4.5 inches square, and 3.75 inches square.

I used my Cricut cutting machine to cut the base from heavy cardstock and the ayers from light weight cardstock.
I folded it and inked all edges with chalk. Attached all the layers with DST. Cute card.
Will take some work to get cricut to cut top layer from more than one paper.
