Butterflies Step CardCompleted by Shirley Young

Main card cut from white 220 gsm card and the offset panels from patterned 180 gsm card. I cut the flowers, butterfly toppers and sentiment from 120 gsm shimmer card.

I used two colours for the flowers and layered them together using small sticky pads before arranging on the base card.

I added self adhesive gems to the centres of the flowers. I used wet glue to attach the bodies of the butterfly toppers to the card, leaving the wings free to give a dimesional look.

I cut the inside back panel from pink card which highlights the front cut out design.
