Made this with glitter, several ways, they were all beautiful. Wonderful as is or try a shaker box. Use a large shaped glitter (like snowflakes, not too small). Seal the edges of foam tape well. Add an anti-static or try a fabric sheet to back of shaker card. Can also use a light powder on the inner edges of the foam tape, so the glitter doesn’t stick to it. Careful not to dirty the foam tape where it attaches to the card. Used Gold paint on the lettering.

If you make a mistake and don't align the tabs to the top, then trim the bottoms of the inside layers.
