CHRISTMAS CANDLE FRAMED CARD 11Completed by Glenys Linehan

Uploaded the cutting files on to Design Space and then inserted the images of the main card and the backing sheet. Sized down to fit on to a 5 x 7 and cut out the main card one in red, repositioning it nearer the top, and the other white from 270gsm cardstock. Cut the backing sheet for Additional Photo1 from gold non shed glitter card and for the main photo from silver holographic mirri card. Attached the glitter backing to additional photo 1 using glue.

Main photo: With the main photo I played around a little. Firstly I changed the score line back to a cut line on the main image so that I would finish up with just the front of the card being cut out when I set it to cut and duplicated this changing the mat colour to another shade of red and unclicked the berries contours so that everything would be cut out again except for the berries on lightweight card. I duplicated this again and continued to experiment with the contours to get the candle to be in cream glitter card and then duplicated this to get the leaves to show in green mirri card. I then assembled the card finishing with the holographic mirricard. I realised when it was completed that I would have liked the candle flame in red so I found the piece that had been cut out from the main card and glued this into place. I finished this off with a strip of red berry cardstock border.
