I cut out the card from white cardstock and then used blue glitter card for the insert to show through for the stars and the snowman outline. I then added purple glitter card to the aperture for the accessories and gold and bronze glitter card for the features.

I finished off with some snowflake embellishments.

This is an easy card to make, with effective results. It would also have worked well with just the plain blue insert or indeed, no insert.
