What a fun Christmas topper. I used shiny red paper and green layers underneath to give this topper a sparkly holiday look. I added glitter red bling for the holly berries and used foam pads to pop this topper up from the card surface.

This would look great for a gift tag or even popped up in a small shadow box frame as a gift also.
